FINE-ADD series PVC Foam Regulator is one kind of PVC acrylic processing aid but has more super high molecular weight with multi-layer structure, which is make from acrylic monomer through multistage emulsion polymerization, it’s also called PVC Foaming Regulator.
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Promote the fusion of PVC compound
Ultra-high melt strength can effectively enhance the melt strength of PVC , encapsulate the bubbles released by the foaming agent, prevent bubble from merging and breaking,So as to obtain foamed PVC products with uniform cell structure and low density.
Ensure perfect fluidity of the PVC melt ,thereby improving the inner cell structure strength and obtain foamed PVC products with smooth surface.
