MBS Impact Modifier
Methyl Methacrylate Butadiene Styrene polymer (MBS) impact modifiers are intended for indoor PVC, Engineering Plastics as well as for Thermosetting resins.
Thanks to the core-shell structure & styrene-butadiene rubber core, they are very efficient to impart clarity and crease-whitening resistance to a clear PVC compound.MBS also provides superior impact strength and toughening effects for opaque products at low temperatures.

The main function of MBS impact modifiers are to improve the impact strength of indoor applications,especially for PVC finished products with the super-high impact strength performance requirements,like credit card and PVC pressure pipe etc.
Provide superb cold temperature impact resistance for extrusion, injection molding and calendering PVC products.
MBS is not suitable for outdoor products for its poor weather-ability.
Our MBS Impact Modifier can provide superior impact resistance for transparent and non-transparent extrusion, injection molding and calendering PVC products.
Opaque PVC extrusion & molding products products, such as PVC sheets, profiles, pipes,pipe fittings.
Transparent PVC products such as PVC film, sheet, bottle, cosmetic packing, blister packs, container.
PACKING AND STORAGE
25kg/bag PP valve bag with PE liner or super sack .
The Product should be stored in cool ,dry and ventilated area.Shelf- life of two years, it can be still used if qualified by inspection after shelf life.
