Acrylic Impact Modifier (AIM)
Acrylic Impact Modifier is an acrylic copolymer with a core-shell structure, the core can effectively transfer the external impact energy into heat and the shell has the good compatibility with PVC matrix.
Our Acrylic-based Impact Modifiers (AIM) are designed to provide optimal cost ,improve mechanical performance and durability of rigid & flexible PVC applications and injection molding applications.
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The low dosage of our AIM may impart PVC finished products with high-impact resistance requirements with excellent impact-strength, weather resistance and color durability, UV resistant especially under long-period exposure to outdoor conditions.

Widely used in the nondeformable PVC rigid products and some engineer plastics, such as PVC profiles, windows, siding, fence, deck, pipe, siding and weatherable building products.
Suggestion dosage:4.0-6.0kg per 100kg PVC resin.
PACKING AND STORAGE
25kg/bag PP valve bag with PE liner or super sack .
The Product should be stored in cool ,dry and ventilated area.Shelf- life of two years, it can be still used if qualified by inspection after shelf life.
